The Colonist is currently undergoing a
$3.5 million transformation
, bringing a fresh new chapter to one of Norwood's much-loved venues.
This is more than stepping into an existing operation — it's an opportunity to
help build a new team, shape the culture and be part of bringing the newly transformed venue to life.
Assistant Venue Manager
Salary: $80,000–$82,000 + super
Bonus: Up to $5,000 per year, paid quarterly

We're Looking For Someone Who
Has previous hospitality management or strong supervisory experience
Leads from the front and thrives in a quick-paced environment
Loves building great teams and positive workplace cultures
Is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
Understands operational standards, labour and cost control
