Role & Responsibilities
Perform high-standard commercial cleaning across office spaces, common areas, and facilities.
Conduct
general yard maintenance




to keep external grounds pristine.
Operate equipment safely for outdoor care, including
mowing and whipper snipping
.
Utilize
pressure cleaners
to wash down pathways, driveways, and building exteriors.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
Proven professional cleaning and grounds maintenance experience is essential.
Equipment Skills:
Practical experience operating lawnmowers, whipper snippers, and pressure cleaners safely.
Checks:
Current Police Check and Working with Children Check (WWCC).
Licence:
Valid manual driver's licence is required.
Attributes:
High honesty, reliability, and excellent attention to detail.
Autonomy:
Ability to work efficiently in a team or completely unsupervised.
