We proudly supply IGA and independent retailers, along with food service customers right across the state.
About the role
We're recruiting for casual positions in warehousing and distribution at our Kings Meadows distribution centre.
Our distribution centre operates 7 days a week, 6:00am–6:00pm (excluding Christmas Day and Good Friday).
Casual shifts are rostered flexibly according to business needs, typically ranging from 4 to 8 hours — including our peak season from mid-September through to Easter, as well as year-round on-call shifts to cover fluctuating demand.
No set weekly hours are guaranteed.
Shift allowances and penalty rates apply.
Casual employees may be considered for permanent positions over time, subject to operational requirements.
Key Duties
• Accurately picking and packing orders with a strong focus on quality and detail
• Operating forklifts (licensed operators only) and managing stock rotation in cool room environments
• Working in temperature-controlled environments, including cool rooms as low as 2°C
• Performing manual handling tasks as required
• Carrying out general warehouse duties
Highly desirable
• Forklift licence
• HR (truck) licence — not essential
• Proven experience in accurate order picking and protected equipment operation
