An exciting opportunity to join Rocky Bay's Training Department as a
Learning and Development Administration Officer.
We are looking for a passionate and energetic candidate to help support the face of the Rocky Bay Training Academy.
About the role:
Reporting to the Manager of Organisational Development, you will provide administrative and coordination support across internal and external training, workforce development and RTO operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinate training calendars, schedules, venues, trainers and resources
Support learners, trainers, customers and internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate student, employee and training records
Coordinate enrolments, bookings, attendance and completion requirements
Support RTO compliance, reporting, audits and certification processes
Maintain learning and student management systems
Prepare training and workforce capability reports
Assist with training-related invoicing and administration
Contribute to process improvement and the effective delivery of learning programs
What you need to have:
Experience in administration, training administration or learning and development
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Robust written and verbal communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and SharePoint




Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement
Current WA Driver's Licence
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (willing to obtain)
National Police Clearance issued within the past 3 months (willing to obtain)
Proof of influenza vaccination (willing to obtain)
Desirable:
RTO experience and knowledge of the Standards for RTOs and AVETMISS
Experience with Student Management or Learning Management Systems
Experience in disability, health, community services or education
