About the Role
As our Early Childhood Teacher, you'll play a key role in leading learning outcomes and creating engaging educational experiences that support every child's individual journey.
You will:
Lead and mentor educators within the Kindergarten learning environment
Design, implement and evaluate high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
Foster children's curiosity through play-based, child-led learning experiences
Build strong partnerships with families, local schools, and the wider community




Support the centre's commitment to achieving and maintaining excellence under the National Quality Framework
Create inclusive environments where every child feels safe, valued, and empowered to learn
About You
We're looking for an educator who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in children's lives.
You'll have:
A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
Current Teacher Registration (where applicable)
A valid Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification, or willingness to obtain
A genuine passion for Early Childhood Education and children's development
Solid communication and relationship-building skills
