Support Worker – Complex Care | Clarkson
We are seeking confident and experienced Female Support Workers to provide 24/7 support to a client in Clarkson.
This is a complex care position and is suited to support workers who are confident working with high physical support needs and who have previous experience with:
Quadriplegia / C2 spinal cord injury
Catheter flushes
Quad coughs
BiPAP
Complex care and high-support needs
Shifts Available
Monday to Sunday
Varied shifts across a 24/7 roster
Applicants must have strong availability and flexibility
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Confident and experienced in complex care
Calm and capable of managing challenging situations
Patient, resilient and compassionate
Reliable, professional and committed to person-centred support
Confident driving a client's van
Able to build a positive and respectful relationship with the client
Experienced in working within a high-needs or complex-care environment
Essential Requirements
Female Support Worker
Fluent English with clear verbal and written communication skills
Robust documentation and reporting skills
Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, Mental Health or a related field
Completed all 4 NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission Worker Orientation Modules
Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (3 doses)
Previous experience working in complex care / high-needs settings
