Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused
Trade Counter Sales Consultant
to join our team in Dubbo.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service, building strong customer relationships, and supporting sales growth across our product range.
Your day will include:
Assisting customers at the trade counter and over the phone
Processing sales orders, quotations and invoices
Providing product advice and solutions to trade and retail customers
Coordinating customer orders and deliveries
Supporting stock management and inventory control processes
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Working collaboratively with the yard, warehouse and sales teams
Contributing to sales targets and business growth initiatives
About You




To be successful in this role you will bring:
Previous experience in retail sales, trade sales, customer service or building supplies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive and positive attitude
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Confidence using computer systems and point-of-sale software
The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
Highly Regarded
Experience within the building, construction, hardware, plumbing or industrial supply industries
Knowledge of building materials and construction products
Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
