About the Role
As the Certificate III/Diploma Educator you will
Develop relationships with families
Build positive, respectful relationships with children and their families.
Communicate regularly with families about their child?
s learning, development and wellbeing.
Work collaboratively with families to understand and support each child?
s individual needs.
Plan and provide learning experiences that support children?
s development.
Work effectively as part of an early childhood education team.
Contribute to a safe, inclusive and supportive environment for children.
Share observations and information with colleagues and families while maintaining confidentiality.
Up to 38 hours per week, some flexibility with hours and Days

Working with the team to support and implement the program
About You
As a qualified Early Childhood Educator with a passion for children and working in a collaborative workplace, you will be able to demonstrate your professionalism, flexibility, leadership and how you incorporate First Nations perspectives in your pedagogy and practice.
Certificate III in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Approved Employer Victorian Working with Children's Check
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
Experience working with children (Desirable)
Experience working in a kindergarten setting (Desirable)
