We're looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader to join our Production Team on a morning shift.

About the Role
Reporting to our Production Manager, this hands-on role will be responsible for supporting and leading a production team to deliver high-quality products safely, efficiently, and on time.
You'll receive training and support to develop your understanding of food manufacturing processes, food safety requirements, and production leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading, motivating, and supporting a production team on the factory floor
Ensuring products are produced safely and meet quality standards
Monitoring team performance and providing coaching and feedback
Maintaining a positive, safe, and collaborative team culture
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Working closely with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Engineering teams
What We're Looking For
The ability to coach, motivate, and develop others
Strong communication and organisational skills
A hands-on approach and willingness to learn
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting




A commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
Food manufacturing experience, GMP, HACCP, or food safety knowledge is beneficial, but not essential.
