As an experienced Human Resource Adviser, you will provide professional advice and operational support across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, workplace policies and workforce planning.
The position will work closely with management, client employers, employees and job seekers to support compliant and effective human resource practices.

Task & responsibilities Provide professional human resource advice to company management and external business clients regarding workforce planning, organisational development, recruitment strategies, employee relations and human resource best practice.
Consult with employer clients to understand workforce requirements, analyse staffing needs and recommend appropriate recruitment, labour hire and workforce management solutions.




Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to support workforce planning initiatives and identify opportunities for ongoing HR and recruitment services.
Prepare and review position descriptions, workforce plans, remuneration recommendations and recruitment strategies in consultation with employer clients.
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including workforce planning, advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, reference checking and onboarding.
Provide advice to management and clients regarding employment legislation, National Employment Standards, Modern Awards, enterprise agreements, employment contracts and workplace policies.
Develop, review and implement HR policies, procedures and employment documentation to ensure legislative compliance and effective workforce management.
Provide guidance on employee performance management, disciplinary processes, grievance resolution, workplace investigations and conflict management.
Coordinate employee induction, onboarding and probation processes while ensuring compliance with organisational policies and employment obligations.
Support clients in developing workforce planning, succession planning, employee engagement and retention strategies to meet current and future workforce requirements.
Monitor labour market trends and workforce availability to provide informed advice on recruitment planning and talent acquisition strategies.
Identify opportunities to expand HR consulting,



recruitment and labour hire services by maintaining strong client relationships and understanding client workforce requirements.
Collaborate with recruitment consultants and operational teams to ensure timely placement of suitable candidates and effective delivery of workforce solutions.
Prepare HR reports, recruitment metrics, workforce analytics and management reports to support informed business decision-making.
Maintain confidential employee, applicant and client records in accordance with privacy legislation and organisational policies.
Monitor changes to employment legislation, industrial relations requirements and workplace practices, advising management and clients of their impact.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the organisation's human resource management, recruitment and labour hire services.
Qualification & experience A relevant bachelor's degree or at least five years of relevant professional experience.
Sound knowledge of human resource policies, procedures, employment conditions and workplace practices.
Experience in recruitment, candidate assessment and employee lifecycle management.
Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
A practical, collaborative and solutions-focused approach Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Sound analytical, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
The ability to manage sensitive and confidential information professionally.
