About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking
experienced Enrolled Nurses
to join our
Transitional Care Program (TCP)
at our
Kingsley site
, on a casual basis.
Brightwater Kingsley is a
41-bed Transitional Care facility
, supporting older adults as they transition from hospital back to home.
This is a
dynamic and fast-paced environment
, ideal for nurses who enjoy variety, teamwork, and making a real difference in short-term recovery outcomes.
The Role
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role within our
multi-disciplinary team
, working alongside Registered Nurses, allied health professionals, and support staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
You will support residents to regain independence and confidence through:
Delivering safe, clinical care aligned with best practice
Supporting daily living activities including hygiene, nutrition, and mobility
Administering medications and monitoring clinical needs
Contributing to care planning and positive patient outcomes




Encouraging social connection and emotional wellbeing
You may also take ownership of clinical focus areas such as:
Wound care and falls prevention
Continence and nutrition management
Pain management and behaviours of concern
Infection control and medication safety
Shifts Available
We offer
casual PM shifts (3:00pm – 10:15pm)
.
Flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends is essential.
About You
You are a compassionate and confident nurse who thrives in a collaborative, rapid-paced setting.
You bring:
Current Ahpra registration
NDIS Clearance
Minimum
2 years' experience
in aged care and/or hospital settings
Strong clinical capability and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to person-centred care
