About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced
Duty Manager
to oversee daily operations across the floor, events, and gaming at
Pepe's on the Beach
.
This role is hands-on and leadership-focused, with KPIs tied to service standards, event execution, and operational performance, including responsible gaming oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily FOH operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
Lead, support, and mentor the FOH team during service periods
Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering events as part of role KPIs
Support the management and operation of the gaming room in line with compliance
Manage guest enquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally
Assist with staff training, onboarding, and performance development
Ensure compliance with RSA, RCG, WHS, and venue policies
About You:
Previous experience as a Duty Manager or Supervisor in a similar venue
Experience supporting or managing events within a hospitality environment




Confident leading teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting
Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
Hands-on, proactive approach to service and operations
Current RSA and RCG certification
