Based out of our Perth or Bunbury office,
this exciting opportunity is not a typical Survey Manager role; it is a pivotal position within Noble Surveys, accountable for delivering secured projects with a strong focus on quality, performance, and commercial outcomes.

turning secured work into profitable, high-quality project delivery

You will lead survey operations across multiple projects, ensuring work is delivered
on time, within budget, and to a high technical standard
.
You will take ownership from
project handover through to completion
, managing Senior Surveyors, coordinating resources, and driving performance across field and office teams.
This position will require travel for project work across Western Australia when required, including our Bunbury Office or Perth office depending on which office you will be based from, with flexibility to support a range of construction and infrastructure projects.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead and manage a team of Senior Surveyors across multiple active projects
Own delivery performance including
productivity, quality, and profitability
Plan and program survey resources to meet project timelines
Review field data, calculations, and deliverables for accuracy and compliance
Reduce rework and improve overall project efficiency
Provide technical support across processing, data management, and problem solving
Coordinate with Project Managers and clients at an operational level
Monitor output, performance, and billable efficiency across projects
Mentor and develop team members to improve capability and consistency
What We're Looking For
7+ years experience in surveying, with
previous Survey Manager experience essential
Strong background in
civil, infrastructure, or construction projects
Proven ability to
manage teams and deliver projects commercially
High-level technical capability across survey workflows, data processing, and QA
Strong leadership skills with a focus on
mentoring and developing people
Experience with Trimble equipment, GNSS, total stations (essential)
Experience with Civil3D, TBC, or equivalent software (advantageous)
Exposure to machine control, UAV, or laser scanning (desirable)
