About the role
Bennco Group is seeking an experienced and proactive
HR Advisor
to join the team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with genuine potential to transition to a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities
Provide timely, practical HR advice and support to managers and employees
Support recruitment and onboarding processes
Oversee performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Support key HR projects and initiatives as required
Own and maintain the integrity, accuracy, and security of employee data within the HRIS
Assist with resource planning and allocation ahead of project kick-off, across multiple business areas
Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and internal policies
About you
Proven experience in a generalist HR Advisor or similar role
Sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
Strong communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the business
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field
