About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced
Warehouse Supervisor
to join our team in
Bunbury
on a
full time basis
.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will oversee daily warehouse operations across inbound,



pick and pack, dispatch and inventory activities while ensuring safety, service and operational excellence.
Working 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, this opportunity offers a excellent work-life balance with no weekend work.
Success in this role will come from your ability to provide strong people leadership, develop team capability and foster a positive, high-performing culture
In this Role
Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations
Manage receipting, inventory, picking, packing and dispatch processes
Promote and maintain a solid safety and compliance culture
Support operational planning and resource allocation
Coach, mentor and develop warehouse team members
Monitor productivity, quality and service level performance
Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
What are we looking for?
Experience in Food service, warehousing, logistics, distribution or FMCG operations
Strong people management skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams
Knowledge of OH&S;, HACCP and warehouse compliance requirements
Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Robust problem-solving and decision-making capability




High attention to detail and accountability
Experience with WMS and inventory management systems is advantageous
