, we're on the lookout for full time or part time enthusiastic
Booking Centre Agents
to coordinate appointments and create a seamless, caring experience for every caller.

Your Role:
Be the first point of contact, answering patient and referrer calls with professionalism and warmth
Schedule appointments using our state-of-the-art RIS system (Karisma)
Keep workflows efficient and organised
Provide fee quotes and explain Medicare rebates clearly
Help prepare patients for their visit with the information they need
?
What You'll Bring:
A caring, empathetic communication style
Advanced computer and keyboarding skills
Great problem-solving and time management abilities
A positive, proactive attitude
Experience in customer service is a plus!
