Kiaora Park Pet Care is seeking a
Kennel Attendant
to join our team in Sutton, NSW.
This is a
casual position
offering flexibility and the chance to work in a rewarding animal care environment.
As a Kennel Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of the animals in our care.
Your work will directly contribute to providing a comfortable and clean environment for our guests, making a meaningful difference in their experience whilst they stay with us.
What you'll be doing
Cleaning and sanitising kennels, enclosures and common areas to maintain high hygiene standards
Preparing and serving meals and fresh water to animals according to dietary requirements and feeding schedules
Providing daily exercise and enrichment activities for animals in our care
Monitoring the health and behaviour of animals and reporting any concerns to management
Assisting with basic grooming tasks, including brushing and bathing animals
Handling and transporting animals safely and calmly
Maintaining accurate records of animal intake, care and feeding
Supporting the reception team with general administrative tasks as required
Ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and stored
Following all health, safety and animal welfare protocols at all times
What we're looking for
A genuine passion for animal care and welfare
Physical fitness and stamina for a role involving standing, lifting and physical activity throughout shifts
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
Reliability, punctuality and a professional attitude




Ability to remain calm and patient when working with animals
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
Basic knowledge of animal handling and behaviour (relevant experience or training is advantageous)
Flexibility to work casual shifts, including weekends and public holidays
