Client Liaison
with strong customer-facing skills, confidence working with building and design information and a sharp eye for detail - especially around compliance and documentation.

About the role
You'll guide clients through the pre-construction journey, assist with design selections, and ensure all compliance and documentation requirements are completed accurately and on time.
This role suits someone who is organised, personable and comfortable working with building terminology, plans, and approvals.
Key responsibilities
Client communication - Warm, professional updates and transparent guidance throughout pre-construction
Building/design support - Assist with selections and help clients understand design details
Compliance documentation - Coordinate engineering reports,



independent assessor requirements, private building surveyor submissions, council approvals and contract documents
Accurate record keeping - Maintain precise client files, legal documents and internal records
Team coordination - Support the team to keep workflows moving smoothly
About you
Strong customer-facing experience and confident communication
Building, construction or design industry experience (highly regarded)
Excellent attention to detail, especially with documentation and compliance
Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple tasks
Ability to build positive relationships with clients, suppliers and team members
