We're Hiring – Disability Support Worker
You will be supporting a participant with traumatic brain injuryy to achieve their goals and maintain independence.

Support Hours:

Mon-Fri

Hours can be discussed as per your preference and flexbility.
What We Are Looking For:
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience supporting clients with complex health needs
✔ Able to work under pressure and manage complex behaviours
✔ Critical thinker with a positive attitude
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔ Knowledgeable in writing progress notes, documentation, and incident reporting
✔ Empathetic, calm, and emotionally mature




✔ Confidence in working independently and as part of a team
✔ Robust communication and professional approach
✔ Reliability
Mandatory Requirements:
NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to apply (Mandatory)
Working with Children Check (Mandatory)
NDIS Worker Orientation Module
Relevant qualifications and certifications
Current First Aid and CPR
CV with 2 references
Valid ABN
Comprehensive Car Insurance
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Pay: $***** – $***** per hour
