We're seeking a Program Coordinator, Transformation & PMO to support the coordination and delivery of strategic initiatives, and to contribute to the ongoing shaping and evolution of enterprise-wide PMO processes, documentation and reporting that support consistent and effective governance.
This role plays a key part in supporting the day-to-day rhythm of programs and initiatives, working closely with Business Leads, Program Managers, Change Managers and senior stakeholders to keep work coordinated, visible and well governed.
Key responsibilities
Support PMO reporting, governance and delivery cadence
Track milestones, risks, actions and dependencies
Prepare materials for leadership and steering forums
Support activities across transformation programs and projects
Support continuous improvement of PMO tools and ways of working
About you
Experience in project, program coordination or PMO environments
Robust organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator with the ability to work across teams
Comfortable working with reporting, data and systems (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
Curious about transformation, change or continuous improvement
