Are you a highly organised administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the link between customers, field teams and business operations?
We're looking for a proactive Field Service Administrator to join our Service team based in Tomago.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a critical role supporting field service activities while delivering exceptional customer service.
This is a parental leave cover contract that is expected to last approximately nine months.
What You'll Do
As the Field Service Administrator, you'll provide administrative support across our Field Service, Engineering and Training teams, ensuring the efficient coordination of jobs from booking through to completion and invoicing.
You'll be a key point of contact for customers and contribute to the smooth operation of our service business.
Key Responsibilities Include
Managing end-to-end job administration and maintaining accurate job recordsSupporting the creation and management of customer orders, quotations and project documentationCoordinating job folders, customer information and status updates within Microsoft Dynamics F&OAssisting; with invoicing readiness and project close-out activitiesGenerating purchase orders and processing receipts and invoicesCoordinating training records and equipment calibration schedulesMaintaining databases, registers and quality documentationProviding exceptional customer service and administrative support across the businessLiaising with internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and accurately
What We're Looking For
You will be an organised and customer-focused professional with solid administrative capabilities and excellent attention to detail.
Ideally, You'll Bring
Previous administration experience within a manufacturing, industrial, mining, engineering or service-based environmentStrong Microsoft Office skills, particularly across Word, Excel and OutlookExperience working with ERP systems and business management softwareExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsThe ability to prioritise competing tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environmentA proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvementA commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service
