About the Role
We're looking for a enthusiastic Bakery Assistant to support both our back-of-house baking team and our front-of-house service crew.
No experience?
No problem.
If you're willing to learn, we'll teach you.
Back-of-House Responsibilities
Assist in preparing, mixing, and assembling baked goods under the guidance of senior bakers
Portion ingredients and keep all kitchen stations clean and well-stocked
Label, pack, and display products
Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards
Front-of-House Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and offer product recommendations
Operate the POS system (training provided)




Pack takeaway orders and manage front-of-house stock
Keep the shop clean, tidy, and welcoming
Skills & Requirements
Passion for food and a genuine interest in baking
Willingness to learn and take direction
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Positive communication and customer service skills
Ability to work early mornings and weekends
Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet
Experience in a bakery, café, or hospitality is a bonus —
not essential
