About the Role
Bolts Nuts Screws, a leading provider of fastening solutions, is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Customer Service / Warehouse Assistant to join its dynamic team in Coomera, Queensland.
This full-time role is based at the Gold Coast City Marina and offers an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Previous Experience in the fastener Industry is essential.
What You'll Be Doing
Provide friendly and efficient customer service, responding to queries and addressing customer needs in a timely manner
.
Assist with the processing and management of incoming and outgoing goods, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching orders




Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock management tasks
Ensure the warehouse and work areas are kept clean, protected and organised
Support the wider team with various administrative and operational duties as required
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in the fastener industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
A valid forklift licence would be highly regarded but not a deal breaker.
