Our Transport Data Services (TDS) team deploys next generation survey equipment to assess the condition of our transportation networks in Australia, New Zealand and Asia Pacific.
We maintain a fleet of over 10 dedicated survey vehicles that can be rapidly mobilised for various types of data collection.
This includes road surveys for local government, state road agencies and private operators providing specialist services in testing ride quality, pavement strength, road construction quality and road asset condition assessment

NTRO's Transport Data Services team
and play a critical role in delivering the MRWA iPAVe program, a nationally significant transport asset management initiative supporting the management and maintenance of Western Australia's road network.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record delivering complex infrastructure, transport, engineering, surveying or asset management projects.
You will act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring successful project delivery while building trusted relationships, managing expectations and proactively resolving challenges in a dynamic operational environment.
This is a full-time role based in our Perth office.
Main duties of the role
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to an exceptional level of quality to meet the requirements of our clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and project partners, acting as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery.
Manage client expectations through proactive communication, regular engagement and transparent reporting.
Identify, mitigate and resolve complex project issues while balancing operational, commercial and client requirements.
Monitor project performance, risks and contractual obligations, implementing effective solutions where required.
About you
We are seeking an experienced
project delivery professional




who combines strong technical capability with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Surveying, Project Management or other related discipline
Extensive experience in managing complex projects within the engineering sector.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills.
Well-developed people management and teamwork capabilities
Proven ability to operate independently with a capacity to apply a team-oriented approach to resolving project issues
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with experience resolving complex project issues
Based in Western Australia or willing to relocate to Perth.
Comfortable with an office-based role.
