As Room Leader, you will lead your room in delivering high-quality education and care, supporting your team, and creating engaging learning environments for children.
You will play a key role in implementing educational programs, building relationships with families, and contributing to the overall success of the service.

Remote allowance of $3.55 extra per hour (included in hourly rate above)

Selection Criteria
Minimum two (2) years of experience in a room leader role or above
Experience in working in a remote community
Strong knowledge of child development and theories relating to children's learning
Communication skills and ability to lead a team
Evidence of having contributed to assessment and rating at meeting or exceeding level
Develop and evaluate high quality programs for children in line with recognised frameworks
Ability to advocate for children's rights and role model positive relationships with children
You will be required to be the Responsible Person at the service
Requirements
Eligible to work in Australia and willing to relocate to Yulara
Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or (ACECQA approved equivalent)
Valid WA Working with Children Check clearance
Current National Police Clearance certificate (less than 6 months old)
Current First Aid and CPR certificate
