? Site Supervisors | Foremen | Site Managers
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee day-to-day site operations
Lead site teams, subcontractors and trades to achieve project outcomes
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard
Coordinate construction activities and site resources efficiently




Monitor productivity, quality and project schedules
Conduct toolbox talks and maintain WHS compliance
Liaise with project managers, clients, subcontractors and key stakeholders
Complete site reporting, documentation and compliance requirements
Drive a positive site culture focused on safety, teamwork and accountability
About You
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry
Experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, Leading Hand or Site Manager
Strong leadership, communication and people management skills
Sound understanding of construction methodologies and project delivery
Ability to coordinate multiple trades and manage competing priorities
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
Current White Card and relevant industry qualifications
Current driver's licence
Highly organised with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
