PAMS is seeking a
Work Health and Safety Officer
to provide organisation-wide WHS advice, systems support, reporting oversight, and compliance monitoring across our clinics, offices, accommodation, vehicles, outreach, and community-based environments.
About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
Providing practical WHS advice and support across all PAMS sites
Coordinating hazard and incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions
Monitoring WHS trends and preparing reports
Assisting with audits, inspections, and compliance activities
Maintaining WHS records and documentation
Supporting WHS training, inductions, and safety culture initiatives
About You
You will have:
Experience in WHS, risk, compliance, or a similar role
Knowledge of the WHS Act **** (WA) and WHS principles
Strong reporting, communication, and organisational skills
Experience with incident management, audits, and compliance systems
The ability to work collaboratively and support a proactive safety culture
Willingness to travel to remote communities as required
An understanding of issues affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and the ability to communicate sensitively and effectively in a multicultural environment is essential.

$93,****** - $110,******
