FUNCTIONS MANAGER
Brand new hotel in Panorama
Tuesday to Saturday roster
Primarily office hours during the week
One meal per rostered shift
Free on-site car parking
Hotel Panorama is seeking a driven and highly capable Functions Manager to take ownership of our functions pipeline from initial enquiry through to event execution.
This person will be responsible for managing a high volume of enquiries, producing accurate function sheets and coordinating with kitchen and FOH teams to deliver high standard events.
This is a fast paced role for someone that loves being organised and can confidently juggle multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to a high volume of function enquiries via phone, email and in person
Prepare accurate and timely function sheets and distribute them to relevant departments
Create invoices, follow up payments and stay on top of outstanding debtors
Oversee key functions on the day
Be present to assist on key trading days such as Melbourne Cup, Mother's Day,



Christmas Day

About You
Proven experience in a hospitality management setting, ideally in functions or events
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management
Advanced administration skills
Excellent customer service and follow-up abilities
Proficiency in basic audio-visual equipment
