Job SummaryThe HSE Administrator provides administrative and coordination support to the HSE team, maintaining HSE records, documentation, reporting, training records, and compliance activities across a major infrastructure project.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain HSE documentation, registers, records, and document control systems.Support HSE reporting, incident/hazard tracking, audits, inspections, and corrective actions.Coordinate inductions, training records, competency matrices, licences, and onboarding documentation.Prepare HSE reports, meeting minutes, presentations, communications, and safety notices.Schedule HSE meetings, toolbox talks, training, audits, and inspections and follow up outstanding actions.Liaise with employees, subcontractors, project teams,



and stakeholders on HSE administrative requirements.Provide general administrative support to the HSE team while maintaining confidentiality.
Education & SkillsCertificate IV or higher in Business Administration, WHS, or a related discipline.Previous HSE administration experience in construction, infrastructure, mining, energy, or project environments preferred.Robust Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Excellent organisation, attention to detail, record-keeping, and time-management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a site-based team.
