About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Marketing & Content Specialist to join an established Australian business with a national footprint.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for planning and delivering marketing activity across content creation, digital channels, campaigns, and local marketing initiatives.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with structure.
You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate stakeholders across different locations, and take ownership of delivering high-quality marketing outcomes on time and to a high standard.
This is a hybrid role based in the Lockyer Valley region, with a combination of office-based collaboration and flexibility to work from home.
It's a role that rewards initiative, strong organisation, and the ability to manage your own workload effectively.
What You'll Be Doing
Planning and creating high-quality, on-brand content across social media, website, blog, email and campaigns, working ahead of schedule rather than reacting to it
Managing organic social media channels through structured monthly content plans, with content briefed, scheduled and published on time, every time
Supporting national marketing campaigns end to end, mapping deliverables against campaign timelines and keeping every element tracking to plan
Working closely with franchisees to support Local Area Marketing, bringing structure and consistency to activity across the network and improving brand compliance
Developing templates, playbooks and guidance that make franchise marketing more organised, repeatable and effective
Monitoring and managing online reputation and community engagement, with a systematic approach to response times and follow-up
Producing monthly performance reporting and insights on a reliable cadence, so the business always knows what's working and what's next
Prioritising your own workload across competing campaigns, channels and stakeholders,



and keeping deadlines visible and met
About You
You're organised to your core: someone who plans before they create, keeps commitments visible, and treats a deadline as a promise.
You combine that structure with creativity and commercial awareness, and you don't wait to be told what to do next.
You'll bring:
Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with a track record of running multiple projects to timeline and hitting deadlines consistently
A self-starting, autonomous work style; you structure your own week, take initiative and follow through without needing to be chased
Experience in content marketing, social media and digital marketing execution, ideally working to content calendars and campaign schedules
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, paired with the discipline to deliver drafts on time and manage feedback loops efficiently
Confidence creating short-form video and multimedia content, planned and produced within realistic timeframes
A good understanding of digital platforms and performance metrics, and the habit of reviewing them on a regular rhythm
The ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, including franchisees, keeping everyone informed, aligned and on track
A proactive, "make it happen" mindset backed by reliable follow-through
Experience within retail, franchise, trade or multi-site business environments will be highly regarded but is not essential.
