The Senior Education Officer is responsible for designing, monitoring and evaluating engaging and impactful sector education experiences that align with the NDIS Commission's Education Framework, regulatory priorities and best practices in educational content delivery.
The Senior Engagement Officer is responsible for coordinating and supporting engagement initiatives and processes including managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The key duties of the position include:Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Create detailed curricula to build the capability of NDIS Commission external audiences.
Design interactive and engaging courses and educational resources that cater to various learning styles and preferences, tailored to market segments, and that meet industry standards and best practices.
Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps and develop specific, measurable learning objectives tailored to market segments.
Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders, co-designing learning programs and resources as required.
Manage the delivery of courses and educational resources
