Responsibilities
Greeting and serving customers upon entering the store
Managing customer enquiries and sales via phone and in person
Estimating and providing quotes based on customer requirements
Conducting in home measurements and design consultations
Booking and coordinating client installation dates
Attending interstate training where required
Requirements
Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in gas/wood appliance and/or air-conditioning retail
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills




Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting
Customer-focussed, and self-motivated attitude
High level of computer literacy with a willingness to learn new systems
