About the RoleReporting to the HR Manager, you will provide day-to-day HR administration support across our office and construction workforce.Your responsibilities will include:Managing employee records, files and HR documentationSupporting the onboarding and offboarding of employeesMaintaining employee data and HR systemsAssisting with recruitment, including candidate screening, coordinating interviews and reference checksCoordinating inductions, medicals and training Monitoring employee certifications, qualifications and compliance requirementsSupporting performance management and employee relations processesMaintaining HR policies, procedures and documentationProviding general HR support and guidance to employees and managersGeneral administration and reporting as requiredAbout YouWe are looking for someone who is:Experienced in HR administration, ideally within construction, engineering,
