Help deliver projects from planning to completion
ttsBuilt delivers construction, infrastructure and remediation projects across South Australia for a diverse range of industrial, mining, government and commercial clients.
We are seeking an organised and commercially minded Project Scheduler to join our Remote Projects team.
This role is responsible for developing, maintaining and monitoring project schedules that support the successful delivery of remote modular construction projects.
Working closely with Project Managers and project teams, you will ensure project programmes are realistic, achievable and aligned with available resources, project objectives and client requirements.
This position would suit an experienced scheduler, planner, project coordinator or project controls professional looking to take ownership of project scheduling and planning activities.
About the Role
As our Project Scheduler, you will play a key role in the planning and delivery of multiple projects across Australia.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing baseline project schedules for new projects
Establishing realistic project timelines, sequencing and task durations
Working with Project Managers, engineers and delivery teams to validate assumptions and resource requirements
Monitoring project progress and updating schedules based on actual performance
Identifying potential scheduling risks and developing mitigation strategies
Producing schedule reports, forecasts and visual timeline updates
Supporting tender submissions with programme development and planning input
Maintaining accurate scheduling records and project planning data
Assisting project teams to understand schedule impacts arising from scope, resource or delivery changes
Contributing to ongoing improvements in project planning and scheduling processes
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Experience in project scheduling, planning, project controls or project coordination
Experience within construction, infrastructure, mining, industrial or engineering environments
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling software (knowledge of UKG scheduling platform experience a bonus)
Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
An understanding of project sequencing, construction methodologies and resource planning
The ability to interpret drawings, specifications and project documentation
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Excellent attention to detail and planning discipline
The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team-oriented team environment
Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
