We have various ongoing rosters & versatile adhoc positions on offer supporting the Major Projects Team.
You will work across various sites in the Pilbara, assisting in safely executing projects and shutdown works.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for upholding our HSEQ culture which places the welfare of our workforce as the number one priority.
This role serves as an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual to progress their HSEQ career.
Responsibilities:
Develop HSEQ documentation
Contribute to pre-start briefings, risk and hazard assessments
Lead toolbox talks and incident investigations
Performing workplace inspections, in-field auditing and asset inspections
Promote, develop and foster the HSEQ culture of Tasman
Provide HSEQ expertise and continual improvement feedback to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
Assist with investigation of all HSEQ hazards/incidents and any other organisational non-conformances
To be successful in this role, you will require:
Experience in the resources sector
Qualification in OHS/WHS (essential)
A passion for the HSEQ sector and ensuring a safe working environment for all site personnel
Exceptional communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
Experience in using Microsoft Office software programs
Investigation and report writing skills
Sound knowledge of Regulatory HSEQ requirements
Strong leadership skills, coaching and mentoring of teams to drive success coupled with a collaborative approach to delivery of top-down and bottom-up initiatives into operational businesses
