About the Role
The State Retail Manager is a critical senior leadership role responsible for shaping and accelerating the performance of the retail network across NSW. Accountable for full P&L; ownership this role brings strategy to life through exceptional people leadership, operational excellence, and a relentless focus on commercial outcomes.
This is a role for a forward-thinking, hands-on leader who builds high-performing teams, drives consistent standards across a multi-site network, and creates a culture where accountability and development go hand in hand.
You'll translate national priorities into clear local plans, identify growth opportunities, and lead change with pace and purpose.

Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years in a senior Regional or State Manager role with demonstrated success leading multi-site retail operations
- Robust commercial and financial acumen with a track record of delivering results against budgets and KPIs
- Solid understanding of key retail metrics including wages-to-sales ratios, stocktake performance, and cost control
- Demonstrated ability to lead and implement change across large, geographically dispersed teams
- Advanced analytical capability with experience interpreting financial and statistical data to drive decisions
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
