We are seeking an experienced Senior Identity Specialist – Privileged Access Management (PAM) to play a critical role in securing and enabling a large, complex digital environment. This is a senior, hands‐on technical role focused on Cyber Ark Privileged Cloud, operating at the intersection of security engineering, architecture, and technical leadership.

You'll act as a technical authority and escalation point, working closely with internal cyber security teams and service delivery partners, while mentoring fellow identity engineers and shaping the future of the identity operating model.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Own the operation, engineering, and support of Cyber Ark Privileged Cloud, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organisational security standards.

/n

- Lead hands‐on configuration and implementation of Cyber Ark PAM capabilities across the digital environment.

/n

- Integrate Cyber Ark PAM with IGA and IAM platforms (e.g. Sail Point) in line with best practice and Zero Trust principles.

/n

- Act as the technical authority for PAM initiatives, working alongside project teams, vendors, and partners.

/n

- Monitor, maintain, and improve the health, performance, and security of PAM environments.

/n

- Lead incident investigation and resolution,



including root cause analysis and post‐incident reviews.

/n

- Develop and maintain as‐built and operational documentation to support BAU operations.

/n/n

Skills & Experience

/n

/n

- Experience across the Identity domain (PAM, IAM, IGA) as an engineer, architect, or technical lead.

/n

- Minimum 2 years' end‐to‐end Cyber Ark Privileged Cloud implementation experience, with multiple implementations highly regarded.

/n

- Strong hands‐on experience with Cyber Ark modules including:

/n

- Secure Cloud Access (SCA)

/n

- Secure Infrastructure Access (SIA)

/n

- Endpoint Protection Manager (EPM)

/n

- Workforce Password Management (WPM)

/n

- Secure Web Sessions (SWS)

/n

- Secrets Management & Remote Access

/n

- Proven experience defining and implementing PAM operating models in complex enterprise environments.

/n

- Robust documentation capability and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

/n

- Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, and AWS.

/n

- Experience working in regulated environments, ideally utilities or critical infrastructure
