Job Description

Southern Cross Care WA is seeking a permanent full-time Care/Facility Manager to lead Jeremiah Donovan House in Forrestfield. You will provide solid operational and people leadership to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care for residents, working closely with residents, families and staff to foster wellbeing and continuous improvement.
