How You'll Make An Impact

- Deliver outstanding guest experiences and set the standard for your team.

- Motivate and develop your team to perform at their best.

/n

- Uphold excellence in service, quality, safety, and presentation.

- Manage labour, COGS and P&L; to deliver strong results.

/n

- Recruit, train and retain top talent, fostering a positive, high-performing team.

- Connect with the local Bondi community through events, partnerships and activations to grow the Yo-Chi love.

- Drive venue performance while creating a fun, energetic and people-first culture.
