Due to continued growth, we are partnering with a highly regarded Gold Coast real estate group seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager.

The business has a substantial presence across the region and offers the resources of a large organisation while maintaining a supportive local team setting.

The Role

- Manage the day-to-day performance of an established portfolio
- Develop strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conduct routine, entry and exit inspections
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs and contractors
- Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears
- Oversee tenancy matters from commencement through to vacate
- Resolve escalated matters professionally and proactively
- Maintain accurate records and legislative compliance
- Collaborate with the broader property management and sales teams





About You

- Previous experience managing a residential portfolio
- Strong knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident managing competing priorities
- Proactive, accountable and solutions focused
- Current Queensland real estate registration
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
