You will have the autonomy to improve systems, support and develop employees, resolve operational challenges and contribute ideas around how the business can grow.
A key part of the role will also involve being comfortable picking up the phone, speaking with customers and prospective clients, following up on opportunities and promoting the business's services.
This position would suit someone who enjoys the combination of operations, leadership, customer relationships and business growth.

To Be Successful You Will Have
- Previous experience in operations management, logistics, transport, warehousing, construction, service delivery or a similar environment
- Strong people leadership and team management capability
