Hays is partnering with a leading electrical contractor delivering a large-scale student accommodation project in Macquarie Park. Due to ongoing project demands, we are seeking experienced Electricians to join the team during the fit-out phase of this high-rise residential development.
Your new role
Working on a major student accommodation project, you will be responsible for a variety of electrical installation and fit-off works within a fast-paced construction environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Cable tray and containment installations
- Cable pulling and terminations
- Lighting and power installations
- GPOs, switchgear and fit-off works
- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings
- Working safely and efficiently to meet project deadlines
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience on commercial or high-rise residential projects
- Robust fit-out experience preferred
- Construction White Card
- Own tools and reliable transport
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
