Your new Role

An exciting opportunity for an experienced engagement professional to lead the planning and delivery of stakeholder and community engagement across a diverse portfolio of projects, programmes and initiatives. Working closely with internal teams, community groups, partner organisations and key stakeholders, you will help shape decision-making through meaningful consultation and engagement activities.

You will design and deliver engagement strategies, develop communication plans and create high-quality content across digital platforms, social media, websites, EDM and stakeholder communications. The role will see you facilitating consultation activities, analysing stakeholder feedback, monitoring community sentiment and providing practical advice on complex and sensitive issues.

What you'll need to succeed

- Experience in stakeholder engagement, community engagement or communications
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver engagement strategies for complex projects
- Strong writing and content development skills across digital and traditional channels
- Experience creating communication materials including websites, EDM and social media content




- Sound understanding of IAP2 engagement principles and best practice consultation
- Robust stakeholder management and relationship-building capability
