As a Senior Psychologist, you'll help people find clarity, support and hope during some of the most challenging times in their lives. Working alongside a skilled multidisciplinary team, you'll combine expert clinical care, leadership and innovation to strengthen mental health outcomes for individuals, families and the wider community.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
- Delivering high-quality psychological assessment and intervention that supports people through complex and acute mental health challenges.
- Building trusted relationships with consumers, families and partner services to create coordinated pathways to recovery.
- Leading improvements that strengthen service quality, clinical practice and the experience of care.
- Supporting and developing colleagues through mentoring, supervision and the sharing of knowledge and expertise.

- General registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA.
- Strong experience supporting people with complex mental health needs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and services.
- Confidence leading initiatives,
guiding others and contributing to continuous improvement.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in acute or crisis mental health settings and/or a passion for clinical supervision, service development or workforce capability.
