Your new role

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of multiple commercial fit-out projects from pre-construction through to handover. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and professional team that prides itself on delivering exceptional outcomes for clients across the workplace, education, hospitality, retail, and commercial sectors.
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of commercial fit-out projects ranging from smaller fast-track refurbishments through to larger, complex interior construction projects.
You will manage all aspects of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects from inception to completion
- Develop and maintain project programmes and delivery schedules
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost control
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and company procedures




- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Oversee procurement activities and subcontractor management
- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports

What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Previous experience as a Project Manager within the fit-out, refurbishment, or construction sector
- Demonstrated experience delivering commercial interior projects
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project management practices
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Excellent commercial acumen and financial management skills
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities
- Ability to build lasting client relationships
- Relevant construction qualification in Project Management, Construction Management
