Your new role

Reporting to the Superintendent, you will be responsible for the safe and successful delivery of capital engineering projects across a varied portfolio of civil and infrastructure works.

- Manage engineering projects from planning through to execution and close-out
- Deliver projects safely, on schedule and within budget
- Coordinate stakeholders, contractors and project teams
- Manage project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reporting
- Oversee project schedules, variations, inspections and close-out activities
- Support commissioning and handover activities
- Identify opportunities to improve project delivery and capital efficiency

What you'll need to succeed

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or higher
- Proven project management experience within mining,



infrastructure or industrial environments
- Experience delivering civil, infrastructure and water management projects
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Strong project documentation and reporting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
