Salary: $70,000 – $75,000
Job description:- Oversees the harvest of horticultural crops, packing and storage of horticultural produce- Manage the output of the packing shed to cope with seasonal fluctuations in supply and demand- Supervises horticultural farming routines and day-to-day horticultural production activities- Provide training and supervision to team of horticultural farm workers, - Maintain accurate records and comply with business requirements
Skills / Experience: - relevant Certificate IV or higher qualification- at least one (1) years of relevant work experience- proven ability to manage and lead a team- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office- Ability to adapt to job specific software
