- Diagnosing, debugging, and resolving complex operational issues across highly customized OIC integrations, interfaces, and middleware workflows.
- Performing end-to-end technical troubleshooting (utilizing SQL and error logs) to quickly remediate data synchronization, integration failures, and batch processing errors.
- Supporting ongoing patching, quarterly upgrades, routine enhancements, and change control processes within production environments.
- Collaborating with Finance operations, enterprise IT, and third-party vendors to drive fast issue resolution and minimize business impact.
- Documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs), integration mapping, runbooks, and known-error databases to lift team capability.
About you
- Proven track record in dedicated BAU / L2/L3 production support for Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, Billing, and Reporting).
- Hands-on functional and technical capability troubleshooting and supporting heavily customized Oracle Integration Cloud processes, APIs, and interface architectures.
- Strong SQL skills, data profiling, log analysis, and debugging capabilities with the confidence to trace and resolve complex data flow errors end-to-end.
- A proactive, urgent approach to incident resolution, service continuity, and post-go-live operational stability.
- Exceptional communication skills to bridge technical integration issues with functional business and finance stakeholders.
- Background in banking, insurance, superannuation, or complex enterprise environments is highly regarded.
