This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled clinician to step into a leadership role, influence service delivery, support staff development, and help drive exceptional outcomes for people living with a brain injury.

- Leading and supporting a Speech Pathologist in the community setting.
- Providing clinical supervision, mentoring, and guidance to a Level 1/2 staff member.
- Ensuring timely, person-centred care,



including documentation for NDIS and iCare.
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services.
- Contributing to service planning, evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Acting as a consultative resource for brain injury rehabilitation across the district.

Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.

- Must hold a bachelor or post graduate degree in speech pathology which provides eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia.
- Extensive post graduate experience working in adult brain injury/neuro rehabilitation demonstrating advanced clinical knowledge and skills in managements of adult neurological impairments including communication and swallowing difficulties.
- Demonstrated leadership in the planning, implementation and evaluation of local service delivery incorporating the quality improvement process.

Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
