About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our clients business, ensuring exceptional service in every interaction. Working within a friendly and inclusive team, you will be a key contact for sales and service enquiries. Your can-do attitude will be on full display as you manage new orders and quotation's, provide product and pricing advice, and handle a variety of day-to-day enquiries. With the support of a strong leadership team, you will have the opportunity to further develop your career.

What You Will Be Doing

- Interact with customers via phone and email, managing quotes and queries.
- Follow up on quotations and inquiries, converting these into sales opportunities.
- Take new orders and quotations, providing product and pricing advice and managing a variety of day-to-day enquiries.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including warehouse and sales departments to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met, including product specifications, special packaging and delivery timetables.
- Manage the relationship with logistics and internal stakeholders, working together to improve cost efficiencies, resolve issues and seek ways to improve the customers experience.





What You Will Need

- Previous administration and customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Confidence with invoicing and dispatch processes.
- Robust organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and multi-task.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen.
